Sierra Leone gets the Compact

Good news, we trust, for Guma Valley Water Company in that MCC has announced that SL is to get the follow-on Compact Program which will build, with significantly higher grant funding, on the Threshold Program that I, and many good colleagues in ASI, were working on for the past couple of years.
